Ed DeLaney

Ed DeLaney is an American politician and attorney serving as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 86th District since 2009. A graduate of Binghamton University and Harvard Law School, he previously served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and has had a long career in private legal practice. DeLaney has held various public service roles, including chairing the Indiana Development Finance Authority. Throughout his career, he has focused on legal advocacy, election law, and First Amendment rights, while also serving as an adjunct faculty member at the Indiana University School of Law.
