Edgar Zegarra is a Bolivian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. He represents the department of Potosí as part of the IV Plurinational Legislative Assembly, which began its term in November 2025. As a legislator, he is affiliated with the Christian Democratic Party (PDC) and participates in the parliamentary activities of the lower house in La Paz.
