He also possesses significant international experience, having served as a Senior Advisor at the World Bank and as a member of the Governing Board for Tax Inspectors Without Borders. Educated at Thammasat University, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Claremont Graduate University, he has focused his career on fiscal policy, tax reform, and economic governance.
