Elias Bou Saab is a Lebanese politician and parliamentarian serving as the Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament. Born in Dhour El Choueir, he pursued higher education in the United Kingdom and the United States before embarking on an extensive career in higher education and municipal leadership. He previously served as Minister of Education and Higher Education and as presidential advisor on international cooperation. A former member of the Free Patriotic Movement, he later joined the Independent Consultative Gathering following political disagreements.
