Elias Bulut Jr.

Elias Bulut Jr. is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of Apayao province. He has a long-standing career in public service, having previously served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines for the Lone District of Apayao, where he was elected to three consecutive terms starting in 2001. Prior to his legislative service, he held local government positions as the Mayor of Calanasan from 1998 to 2001 and as the Vice-Mayor of Calanasan from 1995 to 1998.
