Ellen McLaughlin is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates. She assumed office in January 2023 following a special election held to fill the vacancy created by the death of her husband, Ronnie R. Campbell, who passed away in December 2022. McLaughlin successfully campaigned for the seat representing the 24th district, defeating her opponent in the special election to complete the remainder of her husband's term. She was officially sworn into the House of Delegates on January 11, 2023.
