Elmano de Freitas

Elmano de Freitas is a Brazilian politician and lawyer currently serving as the Governor of Ceará since 2023. Affiliated with the Workers' Party, he previously served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ceará and as the Municipal Secretary of Education of Fortaleza. Throughout his political career, he has focused on social welfare programs such as 'Ceará Sem Fome' and educational development.
