Emanuel Jones is an American politician and businessman who has served as a member of the Georgia State Senate for the 10th district since 2005. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, Jones previously served as a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In addition to his legislative career, he is known for his involvement in international humanitarian efforts, including his role as Chairman Emeritus of the Sino-Phil Asia International Peace Awards. In 2025, he announced his candidacy for Georgia's 13th congressional district.
