Emil Ceban

Emil Ceban is a Moldovan physician, academic, and politician currently serving as the Minister of Health of Moldova. A specialist in urology, he previously held a distinguished career at the Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, where he served as rector and professor. He has extensive experience in clinical surgery, medical research, and public health management, having authored numerous scientific works and led various national and international biomedical projects. Ceban is also a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and has been recognized with multiple national and international honors for his contributions to medical science and education.
