Mihai Popșoi is a Moldovan politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova. He previously served as the Vice President of the Moldovan Parliament from 2019 to 2024. A founding member of the Action and Solidarity Party, he has held the position of Vice President and International Secretary since 2017. Before entering politics, Popșoi worked as a political analyst for the U.S. Embassy in Moldova and as a consultant for various international research organizations, focusing on public policy and democratic consolidation in Eastern Europe.
