Emily Dievendorf is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 77th district since 2023. Originally from Kalamazoo, they moved to Lansing to attend Michigan State University and later worked as an aide in the Michigan State Legislature. Before their election, Dievendorf served as the executive director of Equality Michigan and co-founded a bookstore called The Resistance. As a nonbinary and bisexual individual, they are the first openly nonbinary person to serve in the Michigan state legislature.
