Emily Sirota

Emily Sirota is an American politician serving as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives for the 9th district. First elected in 2018, she has been re-elected multiple times and serves on the Joint Budget Committee, as well as the Energy and Environment and the State, Veterans, and Military Affairs committees. Before her legislative career, she worked as a congressional aide and in the administration of Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer. A social worker by profession, Sirota focuses her policy efforts on accessible healthcare, environmental protection, gun violence prevention, and the advancement of worker rights.
