Myron Dossett

Myron Dossett is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing the 9th district since 2007. Born in Christian County, Kentucky, he previously served as a magistrate on the Christian County Fiscal Court. In his legislative career, he has focused on agricultural policy, notably serving as the long-time co-chair of the Tobacco Settlement Agreement Fund Oversight Committee before being appointed chair of the House Standing Committee on Agriculture in 2025. Outside of his political duties, he is a business owner with interests in auto detailing and property rentals.
