Emin Amrullayev

Emin Amrullayev is an Azerbaijani politician serving as the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan since July 2020. He has also been the President of the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation since 2021. Previously, he worked as the director of the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and as Head of the Education Programs Development Department at the Ministry of Education. He holds degrees from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central European University, and Columbia University.
