Emma Pidding, Baroness Pidding, is a British Conservative politician and member of the House of Lords. She was created a life peer in 2015, having previously served as a Chiltern District Councillor and as the Chairman of the National Conservative Convention. In recognition of her voluntary political service, she was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2014 New Year Honours. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a bank clerk in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
