Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah is a Ghanaian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Ellembelle constituency in the Western Region. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Energy and Petroleum from 2013 to 2016 and Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. He has also served as the Deputy Minority Leader in the Parliament of Ghana and was appointed to act as the Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation in 2025. He holds a law degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
