Emmanuel Fernandes is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for the second constituency of Bas-Rhin since 2022. A member of La France Insoumise, he has been an active voice in the left-wing coalition, notably advocating against police violence during social movements. In 2025, he was appointed vice-president of the Group of the Unified European Left at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He continues to represent his constituency following his re-election in 2024.
