Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi is a Cameroonian politician and legal expert who has served as the Minister of Public Works since 2015. Born in 1957 in Bamesso, he holds a law degree from the University of Yaoundé and a diploma from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM). Throughout his career, he has held various administrative and governmental roles, including serving as the Minister of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development from 2011 to 2015. He has also worked as a prefect and held leadership positions in national governance and anti-corruption committees.
