Emmarie Dizon

Emmarie Mabanag Ouano-Dizon is a Filipino politician serving as the representative for the Lone District of Mandaue in the House of Representatives since 2022. Before her election to Congress, she served as a Mandaue City Councilor from 2010 to 2016, where she advocated for youth development and senior citizen welfare. A successful entrepreneur prior to her political career, she owned multiple Jollibee and Red Ribbon Bakeshop franchises in Cebu. She is a member of the prominent Ouano political family of Mandaue and currently serves as the regional chairperson for Lakas–CMD.
