Enzo Lattuca is an Italian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Cesena, a position he has held since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as a deputy in the Italian Chamber of Deputies during the XVII legislature, where he was noted as the youngest parliamentarian in the history of the Italian Republic at the time of his election in 2013. In addition to his mayoral duties, he serves as the President of the Province of Forlì-Cesena and the President of the Union of Italian Provinces. Lattuca holds a doctorate in Constitutional Law from the University of Bologna and has been active in local and national politics since 2009.
