Eric Geurts

Eric Geurts is a Dutch politician and administrator who has served as the Mayor of Beekdaelen since August 22, 2019. Before his current appointment, he held several significant political roles, including serving as a deputy in the province of Limburg from 2015 to 2019 and as an alderman in Brunssum between 2006 and 2015. He also briefly served as a member of the Provincial Council. Geurts studied chemical engineering at the HTS in Heerlen and is a member of the Labour Party (PvdA).
