Erich Hess

Erich Hess is a Swiss politician and businessman who has served as a member of the National Council of Switzerland since 2015. Born in Bern in 1981, he began his career as a truck driver, a profession he has maintained alongside his political and real estate business activities. Hess previously served as a councillor in the city of Bern and as a member of the Grand Council of Bern. A prominent figure in the Swiss People's Party, he has held various leadership roles within the party, including vice president of the cantonal branch and honorary president of the Young SVP, consistently advocating for working-class interests in the Swiss legislature.
