Erkan Akçay is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly representing Manisa for the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP). He has held his parliamentary seat since 2007 and currently serves as the MHP Group Deputy Chairman. Before entering politics, Akçay had a distinguished career in public administration, working as an accountant controller at the Ministry of Finance and serving as a tax office head in various provinces. He is a graduate of Gazi University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
