Nomgqibelo Ethel Nkosi is a South African politician representing Mpumalanga in the National Council of Provinces. A member of the African National Congress, she assumed her current parliamentary role in September 2020, succeeding Martha Mmola. Prior to her national service, she served as a local councillor in the Govan Mbeki Local Municipality, where she held the position of Member of the Mayoral Committee for Planning and Development starting in 2018. In December 2022, she was appointed as the ANC's whip in the Select Committee on Health and Social Services.
