Khumbudzo Ntshavheni is a South African politician currently serving as the Minister in the Presidency since March 2023. A member of the African National Congress (ANC), she previously held cabinet positions as the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies and the Minister of Small Business Development. Before her national political career, she worked in public administration and business, including roles at the State Information Technology Agency and as a municipal manager. She is a member of the ANC National Executive Committee and has been a prominent figure in the administration of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
