庄本 えつこ

Etsuko Shomoto is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the Amagasaki City constituency. She is affiliated with the Japanese Communist Party and has been elected to the assembly three times. Prior to her political career, she worked at Shin Nihon Publishing and served in various roles including as chair of the Amagasaki Peace Committee and deputy secretary-general of the Amagasaki Council Against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs.
