香川武文

Takefumi Kagawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Shiki City in Saitama Prefecture. Born in Shiki, he graduated from Tamagawa University and completed his master's degree at the same institution. Kagawa began his political career as a member of the Shiki City Council in 2000, where he served for four terms and held the position of City Council Chairman. In 2013, he was elected as the Mayor of Shiki, a position he has successfully defended in subsequent elections, securing his fourth term in 2025. He is known for his long-standing commitment to local governance in his hometown.
