Eva Fialová is a Czech politician and waste management expert who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic since 2017. A member of the ANO movement, she has also been active in local politics in Ústí nad Labem, serving as a city councilor. Before her political career, she worked in waste management for the company Lovochemie and as an assistant to the deputy mayor of Ústí nad Labem. Following the 2025 parliamentary elections, she was appointed deputy chair of the Chamber's Committee on the Environment.
