Jiří Vosecký

Jiří Vosecký is a Czech politician and former glassmaker serving as a member of the Senate of the Czech Republic representing the Česká Lípa district since October 2014. He has a long career in local governance, having served as a municipal assembly member and mayor of the village of Okrouhlá. Politically active since 1990, he previously represented various parties and movements, including the Czech Social Democratic Party, KDU-ČSL, and Mayors for Independents (SLK), before later continuing as an independent. Within the Senate, he has focused on regional development, rural affairs, and social policy.
