Farida Amrani

Farida Amrani is a French politician and trade unionist serving as a member of the National Assembly for the first constituency of Essonne since 2022. Born in Morocco in 1976, she moved to France at a young age and worked as a territorial civil servant. Her political career began with the Front de Gauche before she joined La France Insoumise. Known for her activism in Évry, she has been a vocal critic of local political figures and has participated in international humanitarian efforts, including a 2025 mission to Gaza. She also serves as a municipal councillor in Évry-Courcouronnes.
