Fernando Torres Graciano

Fernando Torres Graciano is a Mexican politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. A member of the National Action Party (PAN), he has held various legislative roles throughout his career, including serving as a local deputy in the Congress of Guanajuato from 2003 to 2006 and as a Senator from 2012 to 2018. He has been elected to multiple terms in the Chamber of Deputies, representing Guanajuato. Torres Graciano holds a law degree from the Universidad De La Salle Bajío and has completed postgraduate studies in constitutional law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the University of Salamanca.
