Petre-Florin Manole is a Romanian politician and human rights activist who currently serves as the Minister of Labor in the government of Ilie Bolojan. An ethnic Roma, he made history in 2025 by becoming the first Romani person to hold a ministerial position in the Romanian government. Previously, he served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing Bucharest, having been elected in 2016, 2020, and 2024. Before his parliamentary career, he was a member of the National Council for Combating Discrimination.
