Frédéric Cuvillier

Frédéric Cuvillier is a French politician and legal scholar currently serving as the Mayor of Boulogne-sur-Mer. A member of the Socialist Party, he previously served as a member of the National Assembly for the 5th constituency of Pas-de-Calais and held ministerial positions in the Ayrault and Valls governments, including Secretary of State for Transport, the Sea and Fisheries. Cuvillier holds a doctorate in public law and has been a prominent figure in local governance, also serving as the President of the Boulonnais Agglomeration Community.
