Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol

Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol is a French politician serving as the Mayor of Rouen and President of the Rouen Normandy Metropolitan Area. A member of the Socialist Party, he previously served as the President of the Haute-Normandie Regional Council from 2013 to 2015.
