Franci Rokavec

Franci Rokavec is a Slovenian politician and farmer who has served as the Mayor of the Municipality of Litija since 2006. Born on September 12, 1963, in Ljubljana, he has held various public offices throughout his career, including serving as a State Secretary in the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy between 2004 and 2007. He is a former member of the National Assembly of Slovenia and has also served as a member of the National Council of Slovenia. His tenure as mayor has been marked by a focus on infrastructure investment and disaster recovery efforts, particularly following significant flooding in the region.
