Frank Ábrego

Frank Ábrego is a Panamanian security official and politician serving as the Minister of Public Security under President José Raúl Mulino since July 2024. A former commissioner and career military and law enforcement officer, he is widely known as the founder and first director general of the National Border Service (SENAFRONT).
