Frank Kromer is a German physicist and politician who has served as a member of the Landtag of Saxony since 2024, representing the Dresden 4 constituency. Born in Wiesbaden in 1970, he holds a degree in physics from the Technical University of Darmstadt and earned his doctorate in natural sciences from the Technical University of Dresden. Before entering politics, he worked as a management consultant and spent over two decades as a team leader and manager at the Advanced Mask Technology Center in Dresden. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) since 1996, he also serves on the local advisory board for the Dresden-Blasewitz district.
