Frank McNally is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Coatbridge and Bellshill since 2024. A lifelong resident of Bellshill, he previously served as a councillor on North Lanarkshire Council, where he was notable for founding the Club 365 school meals programme to support underprivileged families. In Parliament, he has served on the Work and Pensions Select Committee and the UK-EU Parliamentary Partnership Assembly. In 2025, he was appointed as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Scotland Office.
