Fred Kwesi Agbenyo

Fred Kwesi Agbenyo is a Ghanaian politician serving as the first-ever Member of Parliament for the Guan constituency in the 9th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he was elected in the 2024 general election. Before his parliamentary career, he worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Ghana Freezones Authority. Agbenyo holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master of Philosophy from the Institute of Development and Technology Management, and has advocated for repurposing uncompleted national infrastructure projects into worker housing.
