Fryderyk Kapinos is a Polish politician and food technologist currently serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. He previously held various local government positions, including serving as the Deputy Mayor of Mielec from 2007 to 2010 and as the acting Mayor of Mielec in 2018. Before entering national politics, he worked in the food industry and served as a local councilor. He was first elected to the Sejm in 2019 and successfully secured re-election in 2023 representing the Law and Justice party.
