Gábor Pósfai

Gábor Pósfai is a Hungarian politician, economist, and businessman who serves as the Minister of Interior of Hungary and as a Member of the National Assembly for the Pest County 2nd constituency. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career as a corporate executive, notably serving as the managing director of Decathlon in Hungary and later establishing the company's operations in Austria. In 2025, he joined the Tisza Party, where he took on the role of chief operating officer, coordinating the party's human resources, legal, and financial operations. He was elected to the National Assembly in 2026 and subsequently appointed to the cabinet, where he focuses on public administration and security policy.
