Günter Krings

Günter Krings is a German lawyer and politician who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2002, representing the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously held the position of Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior from 2013 to 2021. Throughout his parliamentary career, Krings has been deeply involved in legal and domestic policy, serving on various committees including the Committee on Legal Affairs.
