Gabrielle de Vietri

Gabrielle de Vietri is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly for the district of Richmond. Before entering state politics, she worked as a professional artist and served as the mayor of Yarra from 2020 to 2021. As a member of the Victorian Greens, she is noted for being the first openly LGBTQ woman elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly. Her political career has been marked by advocacy for climate action and transparency in public institutions, including her vocal opposition to political censorship.
