Gaddam Prasad Kumar

Gaddam Prasad Kumar is an Indian politician currently serving as the Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly since December 2023. A member of the Indian National Congress, he previously represented Vikarabad in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and served as the Minister for Handlooms, Textiles, Spinning Mills, and Small Scale Industries in 2012. He won election to the Telangana Legislative Assembly from Vikarabad in the 2023 assembly elections before being unanimously elected as assembly speaker.
