Gareth Beer

Gareth Beer is a Welsh politician serving as a Member of the Senedd for the Sir Gaerfyrddin constituency since May 2026. Prior to his election to the Senedd, he worked in telecommunications retail management and later established his own construction services business. He has also served as a councillor for the Castle ward on Kidwelly Town Council since 2022. Beer gained political prominence through his involvement in local protests in Llanelli and his candidacy in the 2024 UK general election, where he finished as the runner-up.
