Sarah Cooper-Lesadd

Sarah Cooper-Lesadd is a Welsh politician serving as a Member of the Senedd for the Pen-y-bont Bro Morgannwg constituency since May 2026. A former member of the Conservative Party, she transitioned to Reform UK and currently acts as the Shadow Minister for Children, Young People and Skills, as well as the Chair of the Senedd Legislation Committee. Before her election, she worked in public relations and served as a private secretary to Lord Grimstone of Boscobel at the Department for International Trade. Raised in the care system, she credits her political inspiration to Alastair Campbell's writings and holds a degree from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.
