Gerald Galang is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for Valenzuela's second district in the House of Representatives. Born in Manila in 1993, he previously served as a member of the Valenzuela City Council from 2022 to 2025, where he chaired the Committee on Higher and Technical Education. Galang holds a bachelor's degree in industrial design from the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde and a master's degree in public policy from Yeungnam University in South Korea. Before his election to Congress, he was active in local youth leadership and served as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman of Marulas.
