Gerard Maley is an Australian politician serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of the Northern Territory and as a member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly for the seat of Nelson. A former mechanic and legal professional, Maley practiced law at Maleys Barristers & Solicitors before entering politics. He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly in 2020 and previously served as the Deputy Leader of the Opposition. Politically, he is a member of the Country Liberal Party and has expressed opposition to the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
