Gerardo Giovagnoli

Gerardo Giovagnoli is a Sammarinese politician and engineer serving as a member of the Grand and General Council of San Marino and as Secretary of the Socialist and Democratic Party (PSD). Active in European affairs, he has held leadership roles within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), including being elected Vice-President of the PACE Monitoring Committee in January 2026. Professionally an electronic engineer and an advocate for renewable energy, he has also been involved in environmental innovations and international diplomatic cooperation for small states.
