Gerhard Kaniak

Gerhard Kaniak is an Austrian politician and pharmacist serving as a member of the National Council. A member of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), he has held various local government positions, including serving on the municipal council of Schörfling am Attersee since 2015. In the National Council, he has been active in health policy, notably serving as the chairman of the Health Committee since 2020. Before his full-time political career, he worked as a pharmacist and held interests in several private companies.
